Iraq Says Fallujah 'Fully Liberated'

The Iraqi city of Fallujah is devastated after intensive fighting to recapture it from Islamic State. Officials declared Sunday that the last neighborhood has been taken from the militants. VOA's Zlatica Hoke reports that 85,000 civilians have been displaced by the fighting.
