More fighting has broken out between Russia and England football fans gathering in Lille, Rance, at the Euro 2016 tournament. European organizers have threatened to expel Russia from the monthlong event. Fears are growing ahead of the 2018 World Cup to be held in Russia, with evidence of growing links between hooligans and far-right political groups. VOA's Henry Ridgwell reports.
